SIAKWIN will automate your browser. Any acts you usually do yourself, such as opening the academic page, logging in with your credentials, refreshing the pages, etc. will be automatically done by the bot. You only need to give your credentials and the classes you want so that the bot can fill them for you. All data are stored locally in your device, so we do not have access to them.

Yes! As long as your device can handle multiple browsers running and refreshing pages all the time. Make sure you have a multi-core processor and enough RAM for this.

Losing the war can happen for multiple reasons: bad internet, the SIAK server not letting in certain students (may happen in certain faculties), badai SIAK, etc. So, we do not provide refunds. Our goal is to maximize your chances in winning the war, but things outside of our control may still happen. That's also why we price our products competitively.

One-time use means that you can only use the bot for 1 (one) term (periode waktu pengisian) only; this includes both regular and external wars. Lifetime use means that you can use the bot every semester.
